One dozen long-stemmed roses arrive beautifully wrapped and tied with a ribbon.
This is my first time ordering and I am very disappointed.
I paid a lot of money based on the picture for a dozen red roses and they came wrapped in plastic without a box or any pretty paper.
In the picture they were laid flat with a pretty pink mesh paper under them...like a blanket.
In person they were clumped together, upright wrapped clear plastic, with a large wet paper towel soaked in water at the bottom.
They never had any individual plastic water cups with them either ... just wet paper towel.
I am very disappointed.
This place had been referred to me from one of the pages I belong to as I had asked for a recommendation being new to town.
I would have done better to get a dozen roses at Zehrs and paid half the price.
$100 gone. And no one was impressed.
